Hi, I’m Romina – Certified Movement & Mindset Coach, Yoga, Pilates & Barre Teacher.
Movement has always been my source of strength and balance. Growing up in the Tyrolean Alps, I discovered how mindful movement connects body and mind—and today, I guide women, men, and families to feel stronger, more balanced, and energized in everyday life.
I teach holistically, focusing on body-awareness, mindfulness, and well-being. My approach combines Yoga, Pilates, Barre, and functional training with pre- & postnatal support, children & family programs, and mental coaching. Every session is designed to help you build strength, release tension, and reconnect with yourself—step by step, at your own pace.
With heart, expertise, and a clear plan that fits your life, I’m here to empower you to move with confidence, feel supported, and thrive—because everything you need is already within you.
